Paul started at Bouma Corp over ten years ago as a Carpenter, working as a Layout Specialist and Job Leader before taking on his current role as Estimator where he utilizes his breadth of field experience. Paul’s attention to detail assists him in providing the projected time frame, design, materials, labor, budgets, and potential setbacks when assessing a project. He encompasses the Bouma principles in providing high quality outcomes.

Paul holds certifications in the Occupation Safety and Health Administration 10 and the American Heart Association ‘s Heartsaver First Aid, CPR and AED. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids..
