Dan works as a Project Manager for the Grand Rapids team. He supports the leadership team required to execute multiple projects. He is involved in job setups, material acquisition, submittals, cost estimates/forecasting, schedules, quality billings, and project closeouts. He regularly visits jobsites to ensure proper communication between the office and field job leaders.

Dan has his AAS in Welding Engineering Technology from Delta Community College. He has also completed the AWCI Project Management Development Certificate. Dan is certified in the American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED. Prior to joining Bouma, Dan worked as a Project Manager at a large Division 8 & 10 subcontractor/supplier in Austin, Texas.
